These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the reservation services offered by Malenri Hotel. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation code by email. All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeat cancellations, or behaviour inconsistent with our standards.
2. Pricing
Room rates are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The rate shown at the time of booking is the rate you pay — we do not apply hidden fees. The city tax, where applicable under Albanian law, is collected at check-in and clearly communicated.
3. Payment
At the time of booking we may request credit card details to guarantee your reservation. Payment is generally taken at check-in unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and cash in EUR or Albanian Lek at current exchange rates.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are charged one night at the reserved rate
- No-shows are charged the full reservation amount
To cancel, use the booking lookup link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Special rates (promotional, non-refundable) may have different terms, clearly stated at booking.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee. We require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, as required by Albanian law.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the Hotel, staff, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a stay without refund, and seek compensation for damages in cases of violent, disruptive, or illegal behaviour, or damage to Hotel property.
7. Smoking and Pets
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of EUR 250 is charged for violations. Pets are welcome in designated rooms with prior arrangement and a pet fee; please contact us before booking.
8. Liability
The Hotel’s liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe; we are not responsible for items left in rooms. Use of spa, pool, and gym facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or public health emergencies.
10. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to any portion of the site, or interfere with its operation. All content — text, images, design — is the property of Malenri Hotel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Albania.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
